Cappadocia Jeep Safari Tours

Cappadocia is one of the best places in Turkey for Jeep safari.

Driving in the valleys, through small villages all the way to the mountains and seeing the deep canyons, waterfalls, driving up to the skirts of the mountains  and viewing the land scape, the plains  is an excellent experience  fort he jeep safari lovers.

Usually 3 or 4 hours jeep safari tour is arranged in Cappadocia. But if you want a full day and drive alltogether 300 km to the mountains of Cappadocia you may choose Delil TRavel.

Goreme National Park  ( Half day )

İtinerary :

*Pick up from your hotel at 09 30 am. Drive  to  Uchisar , here we view the natural citadel which is dotted with many caves . Later we drive to  Love valley ad view it from  a high hill. LAter we drive to Cavusin Village which has many hundreds of cave houses carved into the cliff of a little mountain. Here we get off and walk to  see some of the caves and the fairy-chimneys. After our visit finished in Cavusin Village we drive to Pashabagi Valley and see the mushroom –shaped rock formations. We continue driving to Dervent Valley and see the camel like Stone.

We drive via Urgup to Ortahisar village and  to UZengi Valley where you can see the magnificent dove-cotes. In the uzengi valley we will have our lunch which is prepared by a local family in the valley.

Jeep Safari  to Ala Mountains  (fullday)  (total drive 300 km)

Pick up from your hotel and drive to Ala Mountain . We drive through many small villages and valleys and arrive to Zamanti River which is flowing in the bottom of a deep canyon. Here we drive till waterfalls of KApuzbasi . Kapuzbasi Water falls are located in Ala Mountain and three  of them flowing from the cliff of the  mountain. Here we have our lunch at a local village restaurant. The trout fish is highly recommended .

After the lunch we drive back to hotel via SUltansazligi bird paradise . We stop for a photograpghy  at Sultan MArsh  and drive back to hotel

Jeep Safari to Ihlara Canyon and Hasan Mountian

*Pick upf rom your hotel at 0900 am and drive to South west of Capapdocia. We pass through minor roads and many small villages and arrive to Ihlara Canyon. Here we see  end of the canyon, Selime Monatsery. Later we drive to Belisirma Village which is located in the middle of the canyon and we get off the jeep and walk in the canyon and see the caves and churches carved into the cliff of the canyon . Later we drive to Helvadere lake. Here we have a photo stop and drive up to Skirt of Hasan  Mountain. We view the scenery of Aksaray city and the vast plain , decend by jeep to Helvadere  and vsit the ruins of Nora Ancient city which is very silent and covering a massive area.  Nora has not been excaveted yet but the stone foundation o f the massive buildings still  visible and very impressive today.

We drive back to hotel via Nar Lake . We stop to photograph  Nar Crater lake and back to hotel around  1830 pm
